Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for exchange. We will always take back defective or merchandise damaged in shipping at our expense for exchange. If the product is what you ordered and not damaged or defective you may exchage it for another item so long as they have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever but you will be charged shipping for that new item along with any cost difference. If your product was damaged in shipment, contact us immediately, as we have only 10 days to make a claim against the shipper.

Refunds: If you want a refund on a returned item, we will credit back the amount of the purchase price of the item only but not the shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost of all merchandise. Antiquities Research Films will accept return of any of our products for any reason so long as they have not been used, altered, damaged, or changed in anyway whatsoever. When returning an item, please include the original invoice or a copy of the invoice, with the item number of each piece of merchandise being returned noted on the invoice, and the reason for the return on the back of the invoice and include it with your return package. Please be sure to indicate whether a replacement, credit, or refund is desired. Insure the package with the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier of your choice. Take into account when choosing a carrier, that we will not accept a package COD. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds will only be for the amount of the merchandise returned.
